"Hello, Kristie. I hope that your summer is going well. You helped me recover from a motorcycle accident this past fall, and I wanted to follow up and let you know what a wonderful difference you have made in my life. I came to you with a fractured knee and several broken toes. This past weekend, I completed my first triathlon since my accident, and it was an amazing experience. I had no pain. My knee seems to have full range of motion. I swam 1/2 mile, biked 10 miles, and ran 3 miles--no walking, no issues. I cannot thank you enough!
Perhaps most miraculous of all is the fact that I trained and completed the triathlon without using an inhaler! I have had asthma since I was 11/12 years old. You addressed my breathing issues as part of your holistic treatment, and I just wanted you to know that your careful attention to detail has made ALL of the difference in my complete healing process. I would have never imagined living without exercise-induced asthma. You helped make this all possible.
Thank you for doing the work that you do. I am very grateful for you. I have recommended you to several friends, and I will remain a HUGE fan of you and of the work that you do. Thank you for helping me to love and respect my body again, with all of its abilities and imperfections.
I hope you are well, Enjoy the rest of the summer.
Best wishes,
Pam"
